Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
We offer a simple return policy:
• We accept returns for a refund (minus shipping fees).
• Contact us within 5 days of receipt of order to obtain authorization and directions for returning. Ship item back within 7 days of return authorization. Returns accepted after 7 days will be processed as a shop credit. No refunds will be given for unauthorized returns or refused packages.
• Item must be unworn, undamaged, with all jewelry tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
• Ship item back by USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. Save mailing receipts, tracking numbers, and consider purchasing insurance for added protection against lost packages.
• Refund (less shipping fees) will be issued within 7 days.
• If you ordered the wrong length on a made-to-order chain item, you can send it back to us and we will extend or shorten it for you.
• Although purchases are non-refundable after the return period has passed, if your made to-order-chain item breaks under normal wearing conditions, and you notify us within 90 days from the purchase date, we are happy to repair the item free of charge. Contact us first, and we will give you instructions for returning it to us. We'll repair your chain and get it back to you in a timely manner!
PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING
• We ship Monday through Friday & occasionally on Saturdays.
• Domestic (U.S.) packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Tracking. Upgrades to Priority and Priority Express are available at checkout. Note: USPS upgrades reduce the shipping time, but will not necessarily reduce our processing time. Message us prior to ordering to inquire if we are also able to offer faster processing.
• International packages: USPS First Class shipping with customs declaration and tracking. Priority Mail is available upon request.
• Let me know within 3 days of delivery if there is a problem or damage to your order.
• Lost Packages: 20 days U.S. domestic packages; 40 days International packages.
